On this day in….1987:
Stevie visits Jose Eber’s hair salon at Beverly Center in Los Angeles to cut a contest winner’s hair. Here is a video of this day, with an interview with Stevie and she explains how she always experiments on her own hair (which explains a lot)

1987 was a very colourful year for Stevie’s hair. She started out with orange/red streaks, as seen in the Red Rocks close-ups and early TITN promo’s. In some of the later promo’s she had a bright pink streak and during the first leg of the tour it was a bright blue streak with some red. In 1988, after the tour, during promo for the FM’s Greatest Hits album there was red on one side and later on both side. It can also be seen in the OSOTM promo’s, including the album cover photo’s, and some of the tour photos.
